I found Shannon a few years ago while doing a search for an agent to represent my daughter in a purchase in Tacoma, WA, her online credentials were good, reviews were great and, most important, she was the only agent who actually answered her phone when I called. When it came to helping my daughter and her husband secure a beautiful home, she totally delivered. It was a no brainer, then, to contact her when my wife and I started to look for a view property. While visiting the Tacoma area, we called and asked to see a home. She responded immediately. Although that property was not the one for us, she kept in contact and, when the right property appeared, we flew in, gave the nod and she secured it for us.
